Dear friends,

Zenver Yoga + Holistic Mental Health has carried me through many seasons — from our original yoga studio, to the online community that blossomed during COVID, to a combined yoga and therapy space, and eventually releasing the physical yoga studio and transitioning to a dedicated therapy practice.

Through it all, Zenver has been a living teacher. Over this past decade, I’ve learned how to flow with change, lead with compassion, and trust in transformation.

Now, I find myself at a new threshold. I just turned 40. I am a new mom. I feel different, and the world feels different too. It’s not just about being Zen anymore (at least not the Western perception of Zen, iykyk). These times are asking more of us.

We need practices that don’t just soothe, but expand our capacity to live fully in our lives. To stay present, resilient, and connected even when the weight of the world feels unbearable.

That’s why I’m evolving my work into something that speaks directly to this moment: Yoga + Therapy For the Times.

For the Times is a new home for my offerings, with two branches:
🌿 Yoga for the Times — trauma-informed, mental health–aware practices, online classes, and trainings to support resilience and regulation.
🌿 Therapy for the Times — holistic, integrative psychotherapy that weaves together somatic therapy, EMDR, therapeutic yoga, and mind-body-spirit care. Sessions are offered in person in our beloved historic building on 32nd Ave or virtually through secure telehealth.

This transition is more than a name change. It is a response to what these times are calling for: a new paradigm of healing that honors all of who we are, in mind, body, and spirit. A way forward that embraces both the tenderness and the strength it takes to be human right now.

For the Times is here to meet the moment.

Thank you for walking with me on this journey. Thank you for trusting me, for practicing alongside me, and for reminding me again and again that community is where real healing begins.

My hope is that For the Times will be a space where you feel seen, supported, and resourced — no matter what you are carrying.

With love and gratitude,
Ali Bullano, LCSW, E-RYT 500

P.S. Here’s how you can stay connected as I step into this new chapter:

🌿 I have limited openings for in-person and virtual 1:1 somatic psychotherapy in Denver, CO — weekly, biweekly or intensive therapy sessions that weave together somatic therapy, EMDR, Parts Work/IFS, therapeutic yoga, and spiritual or ceremonial practices. You can book a complimentary 20-minute consultation call here.

💫 Because the times call for deeper awareness and embodied care, I put together this free Trauma-Informed Yoga Essentials Guide for yoga teachers, therapists, and wellness pros. Grab your copy here.
